Position Summary
We are seeking a scholarly and disciplined PGT Physics Teacher for our senior secondary students at Suraj Govt Senior Secondary School. In the Indian educational context, Classes 11 and 12 represent a high-stakes transition. We need an educator who can navigate the rigors of the board curriculum (CBSE/ISC/State Board) while ensuring that students do not just memorize formulas but understand the underlying physical laws. Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
Curriculum Execution: Develop and deliver a comprehensive 12-month academic calendar for Classes 11 and 12. This includes core units such as Electrostatics, Current Electricity, Magnetic Effects of Current, and the dual nature of matter and radiation.
Board Preparation Strategy: Conduct rigorous practice sessions focused on "Question Paper Analysis." You will be responsible for teaching students the "art of the answer"—how to present derivations, label diagrams precisely, and use SI units correctly to secure maximum marks.
Laboratory Management: Direct all mandatory practical sessions. You must ensure students are proficient in using the Potentiometer, Meter Bridge, and Galvanometer. You will also oversee the maintenance of the optical bench and the calibration of all electrical instruments.

Assessment & Feedback: Design a series of progressive assessments, including weekly tests, monthly unit tests, and full-length Pre-Board simulations. You are expected to provide detailed, written feedback on student scripts to highlight conceptual errors.
Remedial Support: Identify "at-risk" students who find the mathematical intensity of Physics (such as Calculus-based Mechanics) difficult and provide them with personalized remedial paths.
