Job Description
Ibs Institute | Bhiwani seeks a dedicated TGT Sanskrit Teacher to join its academic team. This role focuses on teaching Sanskrit to students in grades 6 to 8, blending traditional grammar with modern educational methods. The position emphasizes fostering a love for the language while aligning with national curricula.
Role
The TGT Sanskrit Teacher will lead classroom instruction, design engaging lesson plans, and ensure students grasp core concepts like Vedas, Puranas, and classical poetry. Collaboration with the principal and other teachers will help refine teaching strategies for better student engagement. Experience in Sanskrit pedagogy or cultural heritage projects will be highly valued.
Responsibilities
Teach Sanskrit literature, grammar, and composition to middle school students. Prepare and deliver interactive lessons that include Vedic texts, classical scripts, and regional linguistic nuances. Maintain student records, assess progress, and recommend improvements in learning outcomes. Participate in school events promoting Sanskrit, such as recitals or workshops.
Qualification
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate diploma in Sanskrit is mandatory. Strong command of Sanskrit script (Devanagari) and fluency in both written and spoken Hindi are essential. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
Four years of teaching experience, preferably in a school environment, is required. Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE syllabi for Sanskrit will be advantageous. Knowledge of local Haryana education boards or state-level curriculum guidelines is beneficial.
Compensation
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.35,000, along with other benefits as per Ibs Institute | Bhiwani’s policies. The role offers a supportive environment to grow professionally while contributing to cultural preservation through education.
