Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior TGT Social Science Teacher to join our academic team at a prestigious day cum boarding school in Tier 4. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, providing guidance and support to promote academic excellence.

Primary Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Teaching Social Science subjects to students at the secondary level, including developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and assessments.
- Providing guidance and support to students, including mentoring and counseling.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum programs and assessments.
- Conducting continuous assessment and evaluation of student progress.
- Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of school policies and procedures.

To be eligible for this position, you will hold a post graduate degree in Social Science or a related field, and have a minimum of 4 years of teaching experience at the TGT level. Experience of working in a boarding school environment is highly desirable.
