Salary
Rs.25,000 - Rs.35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will conduct classroom teaching of Social Science for classes IX and X, preparing lesson plans that align with the prescribed syllabus. Regular assessment of student progress through tests, projects and oral presentations will be part of the routine. Interaction with parents to discuss student performance and address concerns will be required as needed. Coordination with the Humanities department to ensure smooth execution of co‑curricular activities is also expected.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Social Science or related discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared TET or CTET.
Required Skills
Strong command over History, Geography, Civics and Economics content. Ability to use interactive teaching methods and digital tools in a school setting. Good communication skills for effective liaison with students, parents and colleagues.
Preferred Attributes
Familiarity with the Haryana state board curriculum and experience in organizing field trips or community projects that enhance social learning.
