Responsibilities
Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons that foster linguistic skills and cultural appreciation among students.
Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with school objectives.
Utilise varied teaching methods, including interactive activities and multimedia resources, to enhance language acquisition.
Maintain accurate attendance records and student progress reports.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate Hindi instruction across interdisciplinary projects.
Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and extracurricular events as required.
Qualification
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and expressive skills.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Hindi instruction.
Demonstrated ability to create a positive learning environment and manage classroom dynamics.
Salary
Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and performance.
