4. Collaborate with the Mathematics faculty to share best practices and improve teaching strategies for the school.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress in the school’s digital and physical records.
6. Participate in school events like science fairs, math competitions, and inter-house competitions to promote academic excellence.
7. Ensure classroom discipline while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
8. Attend regular faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on educational trends and teaching techniques.
The ideal candidate should hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with at least two years of teaching experience in Mathematics. A graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this position, it will be highly beneficial for career growth within Rahul Public Sr. Sec. School.
