What You Will Do
- Plan and implement Physical Education lessons for students from Class 6 to 10
- Design and execute various physical activities, sports, and games to promote physical fitness and sportsmanship
- Develop and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide Physical Education programs
- Provide guidance and support to students in developing their physical skills and sportsmanship
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and programs
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- CTET or TET certification (not required but preferred)
- 3 years of experience in teaching Physical Education in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of physical education principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
