Judo Coach Job in Fatehabad, Haryana | School Vacancy
Role Summary
The Judo Coach position at Mahatma Buddha International School is designed to develop discipline, physical fitness, and self-defense skills among students through structured Judo training. This role plays a key part in promoting sportsmanship and mental resilience within the school’s extracurricular framework. Coaches are expected to lead training sessions, manage equipment, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and conduct daily Judo practice sessions for students aged 8 to 16 years.
Monitor student progress and maintain attendance records for each session.
Organize inter-house and inter-school Judo competitions to encourage participation.
Ensure all training equipment is properly stored and maintained in the sports complex.
Collaborate with the sports coordinator to align Judo training with school sports calendar.
Implement safety drills and first-aid readiness during high-intensity training.
Report student performance and behavioral observations to the school’s sports department.
Coordinate with the school’s administration for resource allocation and facility access.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Graduation degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of coaching experience in Judo or related martial arts.
Valid certificate in Judo coaching from recognized federations like Judo Federation of India.
Good to Have
Diploma in Sports Science or Physical Education.
Experience in coaching students in government or private schools.
Familiarity with sports injury management and rehabilitation techniques.
