Role Summary
Mahatma Buddha International School in Tohana, Fatehabad, Haryana seeks an experienced Karate Coach to lead our school's karate program. As a key member of our school's administration team, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting martial arts culture and physical education among students.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement karate training programs for students of various age groups.
Conduct regular karate classes, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
Plan and organize school-level karate competitions and events.
Collaborate with physical education teachers to integrate karate with other sports and activities.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
Recruit and train assistant coaches as needed.
Develop and implement strategies to promote karate among students, parents, and staff.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers regarding karate-related matters.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- A graduate degree in any field
- At least 3 years of experience in martial arts coaching or training
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good to Have:
- Certification in karate coaching or training
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Knowledge of physical education and sports management
