- Bachelor's degree in Physics, B.Ed/D.El.Ed required
- 1 year of experience in teaching Physics
- Strong understanding of Physics curriculum and pedagogy
Good to Have
- TET/CTET certification
- Master's degree in Physics or related field
- Experience in leading a department or team
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with students of varying skill levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with educational technology and software
