What You Will Do
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to assess student interests and strengths.
Organize career fairs and workshops in collaboration with colleges and universities.
Maintain updated records of student progress and career-related queries.
Coordinate with parents to align home support with school guidance programs.
Develop resource materials like brochures and online content on career options.
Arrange internships and skill development programs for senior students.
Monitor industry trends to recommend relevant courses and certifications.
Prepare students for competitive exams and entrance tests through targeted sessions.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum 3 years of experience in career counselling or related fields.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Familiarity with Indian higher education systems and job markets.
Experience in school settings or educational consultancies preferred.
