4. Manage library software for cataloging, circulation, and inventory updates to ensure real-time tracking.
5. Coordinate with teachers to align library resources with curriculum needs and upcoming school events.
6. Conduct periodic stock verification and recommend new book purchases based on usage trends and academic requirements.
7. Maintain a clean, quiet, and conducive reading environment within the library space.
8. Organize reading programs, book fairs, and literary events to promote a culture of reading.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a postgraduate degree from a recognized university. A Bachelor’s in Library Science or Library and Information Science is preferred. Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and library management software is essential. Prior experience in a school or educational library setting is required.
