Role Overview
Pathways School | Gurgaon is looking for a professional to manage its music program administration in Gurugram. The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment inventories, and overseeing the smooth operation of music activities across the campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize music events, concerts and cultural festivals, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Manage budgets ranging from Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, track expenses and prepare financial reports for senior management.
- Liaise with external music academies, instrument suppliers and local artists to arrange workshops and guest performances.
Administrative Duties
- Keep detailed records of student participation, attendance and performance assessments, updating the school’s central database regularly.
- Supervise the maintenance of musical instruments, audio‑visual equipment and practice rooms, arranging repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and school policies during rehearsals and events.
Leadership and Coordination
- Work closely with the principal and department heads to integrate music activities into the broader school calendar.
- Provide guidance to support staff and volunteers involved in event setup, stage management and audience coordination.
- Contribute ideas for curriculum enrichment and community outreach, aligning with Pathways School | Gurgaon’s educational vision.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree with B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET is an added advantage.
- Minimum three years of experience in music program administration or related operational roles.
Salary
- Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
