NTT Environmental Studies (Evs) Teacher Position at St. Xaviers High School, Gurugram
St. Xaviers High School in Gurugram seeks a dedicated NTT Environmental Studies (Evs) Teacher to join its full-time faculty. This role focuses on delivering hands-on, experiential learning in environmental science, ensuring students grasp real-world connections to sustainability, ecology, and conservation.
The teacher will design and conduct engaging classroom lessons, field trips, and project-based activities aligned with school curriculum standards. Experience in guiding students through practical experiments, discussions on climate change, biodiversity, and waste management will be valuable.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is mandatory. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this role, it will be an added advantage. The selected candidate will work closely with the science department to integrate environmental themes across subjects, fostering critical thinking and environmental awareness.
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 32,000, along with standard school benefits. The role requires at least two years of teaching experience, preferably in environmental studies or related subjects.
