Core Duties
Teaching advanced mathematics courses including calculus, statistics, and applied mathematics to Class 11 and 12 students. Designing and implementing innovative teaching strategies to improve student engagement and academic performance in mathematics.
Preparing comprehensive lesson plans, syllabus-based assessments, and grading systems aligned with CBSE guidelines. Collaborating with the Mathematics Department to develop resources like worksheets, project-based learning modules, and extracurricular activities like math competitions or olympiads.
Maintaining accurate student records, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents. Representing the school in mathematics-related events, such as inter-house competitions or guest lectures for senior students.
Qualification and Experience
A postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. At least two years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the senior secondary level is required. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this position.
Compensation and Location
The successful candidate will receive a competitive monthly salary of Rs.40,000 to Rs.70,000, along with benefits such as transportation allowances and professional development opportunities.
