Your Students
Our students are the future leaders of Gurugram. As a PGT Psychology Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students from Class 9 to 12, helping them develop a strong understanding of Psychology and its practical applications. You will be a role model, mentor, and friend to your students, providing them with a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
What You Will Do
1. Plan and deliver interactive Psychology lessons to students in Class 9 to 12, using a range of teaching methods and technologies.
2. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to help them improve.
3. Develop and implement engaging extracurricular activities, such as debates, quizzes, and presentations, to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement cohesive and effective Psychology curricula.
5. Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings to keep parents informed about their child's progress and address any concerns.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Psychology, incorporating new ideas and approaches into your teaching practices.
7. Provide individualized support to students who require additional help or have special needs.
Required Qualifications
* B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree in Psychology or a related field from a recognized university
* TET/CTET clearance (not required but preferred)
* 3 years of teaching experience in Psychology, preferably in a school setting
Preferred Skills
* Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
* Familiarity with educational technology and digital tools
* Commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment
