Subject‑Specific Responsibilities
The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons in Hindi language and literature for grades 6 to 8, aligning with state guidelines. Responsibilities include creating thematic units, integrating contemporary Hindi media, and promoting critical analysis of texts. The role requires coordination with co‑teachers to integrate Hindi into interdisciplinary projects, ensuring a holistic educational experience.
Assessment & Practical Work
Regular formative assessments such as quizzes, oral presentations, and written essays will be administered to gauge comprehension and linguistic skills. The teacher will conduct periodic exams, manage grading rubrics, and provide constructive feedback. Practical tasks involve supervising student debates, drama productions, and language clubs that reinforce linguistic proficiency and cultural appreciation.
Qualifications
Graduate degree required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions. TET/CTET preferred but not compulsory. Candidates must hold a valid teaching license and possess strong command over Hindi grammar, syntax, and literature.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required. Experience with curriculum planning, student assessment, and extracurricular Hindi activities will be considered an advantage.
Salary and Location
Mblm School offers a competitive salary range of Rs.20,000 – Rs.35,000 per month for a full‑time PRT Hindi teacher.
