Assess student understanding through simple worksheets and oral questioning, not just written tests.
Organize classroom debates on current affairs suitable for young learners.
Collaborate with other PRTs to plan cross-subject activities like storytelling sessions on freedom fighters.
Maintain neat records of attendance, lesson plans, and assessment reports as required by school policy.
Attend periodic staff meetings to share feedback on student progress and teaching challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in Social Science or History with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in Elementary Education with Social Science as a teaching subject.
At least 2 years of classroom teaching experience in primary grades.
Familiarity with CBSE or state board curriculum frameworks is helpful.
