Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a qualified Psychological Counsellor in a school setting. Post‑graduate degree in Psychology or related field (M.Sc, M.A., or equivalent). Preference for candidates holding relevant certifications and familiarity with Indian educational counseling standards. B.Ed/D.El.Ed is not required for this role, but understanding of school systems is essential.
Skills and Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in counseling techniques for adolescents. Competence in using digital record‑keeping tools and preparing analytical reports. Empathy, cultural sensitivity to the Gurugram community, and teamwork with faculty and administrative staff.
