Collaborate with the faculty to develop interdisciplinary projects that bridge Computer Science with other subjects like mathematics and sciences.
Teach core Computer Science topics such as programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and basic computer networking. Assess students through continuous evaluation, including assignments, quizzes, and practical projects, to measure progress effectively. Stay updated on emerging trends in Computer Science, including AI, cybersecurity, and cloud computing, to integrate relevant content into the syllabus.
Support students in developing problem-solving skills through coding challenges, debugging sessions, and mentorship. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels encouraged to explore their potential. Attend school meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development workshops to contribute to the school’s growth.
Qualifications Required
Hold a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) to qualify as a TGT teacher. A valid TET or CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Relevant Experience
Minimum two years of teaching experience in Computer Science or a related technical subject at the secondary level. Experience in designing interactive lesson plans and managing student projects will be highly valued. Familiarity with educational software and digital learning tools is an asset.
Salary and Employment Details
