Day-to-Day Duties
- Developing and delivering lesson plans for Geography classes
- Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback
- Mentoring junior staff members to enhance their teaching skills
- Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to curriculum development
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Geography with other subjects
- Analyzing board examination results to improve student performance
- Preparing and submitting reports on student progress and departmental performance
- Collaborating with colleagues to plan and execute school events and activities
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must possess a B.Ed degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is also essential. While a NET or SET qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, you must be well-versed in the principles of Geography and have a passion for teaching and learning.
