Job Description
TGT Hindi Teacher Job in Gurugram, Haryana | School Recruitment
Teaching Hindi in Gurugram means watching students light up when they finally grasp a tough concept like 'क्रिया' or 'विशेषण'. The way their faces change when the penny drops is why this Hindi Teaching Job in Gurugram stays with you.
Matrikiran School stands out because it blends traditional Hindi values with modern teaching methods. Students here don’t just learn grammar—they perform nataks, write kavita, and debate on social issues entirely in Hindi. The school’s library overflows with Hindi classics, and the annual Hindi Diwas celebrations draw families from across the city.
A typical week for a TGT Hindi Teacher in Gurugram, Haryana at Matrikiran School starts with planning lessons that mix textbooks with local stories. You’ll take classes from Grade 6 to 8, where students read Premchand’s stories one day and write their own on ‘मेरा गांव’ the next. Weekly assessments aren’t just tests—they’re short plays or poems that let students express themselves. You’ll also prepare students for inter-school Hindi elocution and essay-writing competitions, where Matrikiran often brings home trophies. Parent-teacher meetings happen in Hindi too, so communication feels warm and natural.
Who thrives here? Someone who loves Hindi not just as a subject but as a living language. A postgraduate in Hindi with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed, and ideally 2 years of classroom experience, will find the rhythm easily. But more than degrees, you need patience for students who mix Hinglish freely and creativity to turn every lesson into something memorable. If you’ve ever stayed after class to explain a metaphor or stayed up late grading essays, this Hindi Teacher Recruitment in Haryana might be your next step.
The rewards start with a salary of Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 per month, based on experience. Matrikiran School also offers a supportive team, access to teaching resources, and opportunities to grow professionally. The real payoff, though, is seeing your students fall in love with Hindi the way you did.
To apply, share your resume and a short note on why you’d love to teach Hindi at Matrikiran School. Email your details to the HR team at careers@matrikiranschool.edu.in. Let’s keep Hindi alive in every classroom.
