Incorporate regional and cultural examples relevant to Haryana to bridge theory with local context. Maintain a structured syllabus, including grammar, poetry, and classical texts, while adapting teaching styles to diverse learning abilities. Prepare and assess student work, providing constructive feedback to track progress and improvement. Collaborate with the Sanskrit faculty and subject coordinators to refine teaching strategies and enhance program quality. Attend regular faculty meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on pedagogical trends and curriculum updates.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of four years of teaching experience in Sanskrit or related subjects is essential. While TET/CTET is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. A strong command of Sanskrit, both written and spoken, along with a deep understanding of its linguistic and cultural significance, is required.
