What You Will Do
Drive the school bus along pre-approved routes in and around Uklana, Hisar, ensuring punctuality.
Maintain the bus in clean, roadworthy condition with daily checks on tires, brakes, and lights.
Follow all traffic rules and safety protocols as per school and government guidelines.
Ensure discipline among students during transit and verify their safe drop-off.
Keep records of daily trips, fuel usage, and any maintenance issues.
Report any mechanical problems or safety concerns to the transport in-charge immediately.
Assist in managing student attendance records during boarding and deboarding.
Coordinate with school staff for any special transport requests or route changes.
Required Qualifications
Must have a valid commercial driving license with a PSV badge.
Minimum 2 years of experience in driving a school bus or similar vehicle.
Must be a postgraduate with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of local routes in Uklana and Hisar is preferred.
Familiarity with traffic regulations and school transport safety norms.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and school staff.
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and follow instructions precisely.
Leadership in maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe environment on the bus.
