2. Position Overview:
The Karate Coach will conduct regular training sessions, focusing on form, technique, and personal growth, while preparing students for belt tests and tournaments.
3. Key Responsibilities:
Teach karate basics, katas, and sparring techniques.
Develop customized programs for different age groups.
Train students for inter-school and state championships.
Maintain discipline, safety, and motivation in every session.
Conduct belt examinations and grading sessions.
4. Required Qualifications:
Certified martial arts instructor (minimum black belt).
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or training.
Excellent physical fitness and communication skills.
5. Preferred Skills:
National or international competition experience.
Certification in sports coaching or physical education.
Ability to inspire students through positive reinforcement.
6. Work Environment:
Spacious dojo area equipped with mats, safety gear, and a supportive environment for all levels.
7. Salary & Benefits:
₹18,000–₹30,000 per month, with additional benefits like training allowances and tournament incentives.
