Role and Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics to students in classes IX to XII at RPS Sainik School, Hansi. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum while ensuring conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills.
Engage students through interactive teaching methods, including practical examples and real-world applications of mathematical concepts. Assess student performance through regular homework, quizzes, and unit tests to track progress and identify areas needing improvement.
Prepare students for board examinations by focusing on key topics, past year papers, and revision strategies. Collaborate with the Mathematics department to share teaching resources and best practices, ensuring consistency across the school.
Qualifications and Requirements
Hold a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for NTT (Non-Teaching Staff) roles in schools.
Three years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the secondary or senior secondary level is essential. Familiarity with school-level assessment frameworks and examination patterns is advantageous.
