3. Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons that help students say, “Ohhh, that makes sense!” instead of “Why is this happening to me?”
Use humor, analogies, and real-life physics—like explaining friction through sliding phones or momentum using cricket shots
Conduct lab experiments safely (no accidental mini-Big Bangs allowed)
Prepare students for board exams, Olympiads, and competitive entrances
Evaluate student performance through creative assessments
Use digital simulations and interactive tools to simplify complex concepts
4. Required Qualifications
Post Graduate with specialization in Physics
Minimum 5 years of teaching senior classes
CTET or State TET is Not Specified
Strong subject knowledge paired with the ability to simplify even the trickiest chapters
