Key Responsibilities

Parent Engagement: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, emphasizing holistic growth over mere grades.
Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with TGT Science teachers to ensure the foundation of Class 9 and 10 Physics is strong enough for the senior secondary level.
Science Society: Lead the school’s Science Society, organizing inter-school competitions, star-gazing nights, and science fairs.
Holistic Assessment: Evaluate students on their participation, curiosity, and ethical scientific practice, alongside their written exam performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Post Graduate
Experience: 5 (Preference for candidates with experience in student counseling).
TET Required: CTET or State TET is Not Specified
Skills: Strong emotional intelligence, leadership qualities, and exceptional communication skills.
