We are hiring a PGT Physics Teacher who can guide our Class 11 and 12 students through the academic and emotional challenges of their senior years. Physics can be a source of stress; we need a teacher in Hisar who can provide a supportive, inclusive environment while maintaining high academic standards. As a senior member of the faculty, you will also play a role in coordinating with the wider Science Department to ensure a seamless transition from middle school science to senior school Physics.
Key Responsibilities
Student Well-being: Provide academic counseling to help students manage exam anxiety and develop effective study habits.
Parent Engagement: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, emphasizing holistic growth over mere grades.
Departmental Synergy: Coordinate with TGT Science teachers to ensure the foundation of Class 9 and 10 Physics is strong enough for the senior secondary level.
Science Society: Lead the school’s Science Society, organizing inter-school competitions, star-gazing nights, and science fairs.
Holistic Assessment: Evaluate students on their participation, curiosity, and ethical scientific practice, alongside their written exam performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Post Graduate
Experience: 5 (Preference for candidates with experience in student counseling).
TET Required: CTET or State TET is Not Specified
Skills: Strong emotional intelligence, leadership qualities, and exceptional communication skills.
Salary & Application
Salary Range: ₹₹39,000 – ₹₹59,000
