Day-to-Day Duties
1. Provide administrative support to the school administration in matters related to academic planning, policy formulation, and implementation.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and external agencies, to ensure smooth functioning of academic programs.
3. Assist in the development and review of academic policies, procedures, and curricula.
4. Collaborate with teachers and staff to achieve academic goals and objectives.
5. Conduct regular meetings with teachers and staff to discuss academic performance, provide feedback, and address concerns.
6. Analyze student data and progress reports to identify areas of improvement.
7. Collaborate with external agencies to organize workshops, seminars, and conferences on academic topics.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess a graduate degree and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and databases, is essential.
