A graduate with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is required. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in Hindi or related subjects, is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an asset. Fluency in Hindi, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Strong communication skills and a commitment to nurturing linguistic growth in students are highly valued.
