The Physical Education Teacher in Hansi will engage students across different age groups and abilities, adapting activities to meet individual needs. Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily Physical Education classes for TGT students in Hisar, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and sports calendar. Organize inter-house and inter-school competitions, including athletics, team games, and fitness drills, to promote student engagement and school spirit.
Differentiate instruction to accommodate learners with varying physical abilities and learning styles, ensuring no student is left out of activities. Collaborate with class teachers to identify students needing additional support and adjust lesson plans accordingly.
Maintain accurate attendance and performance records for all Physical Education sessions, providing timely feedback to students and parents. Ensure the playground and sports equipment are well-maintained and safe for daily use.
Coordinate with external coaches for specialized training in sports like cricket, football, and athletics, when required. Encourage students to develop leadership skills by assigning roles such as team captains or sports event coordinators.
Conduct regular fitness assessments and health check-ups to monitor student progress and well-being. Participate in school events, assemblies, and parent-teacher meetings to highlight the importance of physical education.
Eligibility Criteria
A graduate in Physical Education or a related field from a recognized university is required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, with preference given to candidates holding TET or CTET certification.
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in a school environment, preferably in Physical Education. Familiarity with Haryana’s school sports curriculum and local sports culture in Hansi will be an advantage.
