Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for classes 6 to 10, incorporating local literary themes and interactive activities that resonate with students in Jhajjar.
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the state curriculum, ensuring clear objectives and measurable outcomes for every class.
- Assess student progress through regular tests, projects, and oral exams, providing constructive feedback to parents and school administration.
- Organize and conduct cultural events such as Hindi poetry recitals, debate competitions, and storytelling sessions that celebrate regional heritage.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers in the school PRT Hindi Opening to integrate interdisciplinary projects and support school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson logs, and student performance data in the school’s digital portal.
- Participate in faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on modern Hindi teaching methodologies.
- Mentor and guide new teachers and interns, sharing best practices for classroom management and curriculum delivery.
- Engage with the local community, inviting guest speakers and arranging field trips that enhance language learning and cultural awareness.
- Ensure classroom environment is inclusive and supportive, encouraging every student to express themselves confidently in Hindi.
- Manage classroom resources, including textbooks, audio-visual aids, and digital tools, to create a dynamic learning atmosphere.
Qualification and experience
Candidates must hold a graduate degree and a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification, with TET/CTET preferred. A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a similar role is required. Demonstrated proficiency in Hindi language instruction and a passion for student development are essential.
Salary and location
