Mount View Sr. Sec. School integrates smart boards, Google Classroom, and a school LMS to make Physics lessons interactive. Teachers here blend digital demonstrations with hands-on experiments to keep students engaged in Bahadurgarh’s fast-paced classrooms.
How You Will Teach
Daily lessons use smart boards for animated diagrams of circuits and projectile motion. Google Classroom hosts assignments, lab reports, and quick quizzes after every chapter. The LMS tracks progress so weak areas in Mechanics or Optics are spotted early.
Day-to-Day Duties
Create and upload animated videos explaining lens formulas and magnetic fields on the LMS.
Run live Google Meet sessions twice a week for students who miss school due to local events.
Grade assignments in Google Classroom within 48 hours and provide typed feedback.
Set up virtual labs on PhET simulators for practical understanding of Ohm’s law and free fall.
Conduct monthly blended sessions where students rotate between lab experiments and smart-board theory.
Monitor attendance and engagement analytics on the LMS dashboard every morning.
Collaborate with the IT coordinator to upload new Physics reference videos from Khan Academy.
Organize quarterly parent-teacher meets via Zoom and share progress reports directly from the system.
Eligibility Criteria
Postgraduate in Physics with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) from NCTE-approved institution.
Two years of Physics teaching experience in secondary schools.
Familiarity with Windows, Google Workspace, and basic troubleshooting of smart boards.
