As an NDA Mathematics Teacher at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters a love of math in all our students.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons for students in Classes VI to VIII, following the CBSE curriculum
- Use differentiated instruction to support students with varying learning needs and abilities
- Develop and implement projects that promote problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Use technology to enhance math learning, such as math software and online resources
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver math-related projects and events
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school-wide initiatives
- Maintain a well-organized classroom and manage supplies and materials effectively
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field, and a valid B.Ed/D.El.Ed certificate. A TET/CTET certification is not required. We also require a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.
