Hindi (NTT) Vacancy in Jind, Haryana
MLN Public School
Job Description
About This Role
Mln Public School serves young learners across Jind’s diverse communities, where Hindi is the heart of daily conversation and classroom connection. The NTT Hindi Teacher will shape the language foundation of children in their foundational years, turning everyday words into a love for reading and expression. Your presence will echo beyond the classroom walls into homes and streets where Hindi binds families together.
Who You Will Teach
You will teach Nursery and Kindergarten students in small, vibrant sections where curiosity is the only curriculum. These children arrive with Hindi as their first language, and your role is to guide them from spoken words to written confidence. Mln Public School keeps class sizes intimate so every child receives attention and encouragement.
What You Will Do
Plan daily Hindi sessions using rhymes, picture cards, and storytelling drawn from local culture around Jind. Conduct circle time where students repeat simple words, sing songs, and mimic correct pronunciation in playful ways. Create colourful flashcards of common objects to help children match words with images and build vocabulary.
Assess progress through observation rather than formal tests, noting how each child forms sounds and recognises letters. Organise storytelling corners where children narrate short tales in Hindi to peers and teachers. Coordinate with parents during monthly meetings to share simple tips for reinforcing language at home. Prepare wall displays with student work to celebrate their growing Hindi skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognised institution. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed TET or CTET, though it is not mandatory for this role. Prior experience of at least two years in teaching Hindi to young learners is essential.
What Makes You a Fit
You speak Hindi as a native or fluent second language and can simplify grammar into playful lessons. Experience in a similar school environment, especially in Haryana, gives you insight into local language rhythms and parental expectations. Mln Public School values teachers who bring warmth, patience, and a knack for turning mistakes into learning moments.
What You Get
A full-time position with a monthly salary between Rs.12,000 and Rs.25,000 based on qualifications and experience. The role includes access to in-house training and local Hindi language resources curated by the school. You will also receive support for classroom materials and seasonal event participation.
