Assessment design is another key focus. The successful candidate will create fair and effective evaluation tools—quizzes, projects, and exams—that measure progress while encouraging continuous improvement. Tracking student progress is essential for identifying strengths and areas needing support. The teacher will use data-driven approaches to monitor performance, adjust teaching methods, and provide targeted guidance.
