Position Summary

We are looking for a high-energy PGT Physics professional who can teach "Physics for Boards" and "Physics for Competitions" simultaneously. This role requires an educator with exceptional analytical skills who can simplify complex multi-concept problems into logical steps.
Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
Integrated Pedagogy: Deliver lessons that satisfy board requirements while introducing higher-order thinking skills (HOTS). You will teach students how to apply basic laws like Newton’s Laws of Motion or Kirchhoff’s Laws to complex, non-standard circuit or mechanical problems.

Competitive MCQ Strategy: Develop a specialized module for MCQ-based testing. This involves teaching students time-management techniques, the method of elimination, and dimensional analysis to verify answers quickly.
Material Curation: Compile and distribute high-quality study materials, including mind maps, formula banks, and "daily practice problems" (DPPs) tailored to competitive standards.
Doubt Resolution: Lead intensive doubt-clearing sessions where you address the most minute conceptual queries, ensuring students develop the confidence to tackle unseen problems.
Data-Driven Tracking: Use assessment data to track the "percentile growth" of students, identifying specific topics (like Rotational Mechanics or Thermodynamics) that require class-wide revision.

Education: Post Graduate
Teaching Experience: 5 (Experience in a coaching-integrated school model is preferred).
TET Required: CTET or State TET is Not Specified
Salary: ₹₹32,000 – ₹₹45,000
