2. Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, including interactive activities, case studies, and discussions to enhance student engagement across grades.
3. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, using both formative and summative assessments to track progress effectively.
4. Collaborate with the school’s faculty to integrate Political Science concepts into interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements as per school policies.
6. Participate in departmental meetings and curriculum reviews to refine teaching strategies and adapt to evolving educational trends.
7. Guide students in research projects and debates, encouraging analytical skills and public speaking confidence.
8. Ensure compliance with school policies on discipline, safety, and professional conduct while representing Scholers International School positively.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Political Science or a related discipline, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed). A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. With at least two years of teaching experience in Political Science, particularly at the secondary or senior secondary level, applicants should demonstrate expertise in delivering complex concepts in an accessible manner.
