Plan and organize daily physical activities, including drills, team sports, and individual training sessions. Work closely with students to build discipline, teamwork, and athletic skills while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. Collaborate with the school’s administration to align PE programs with academic and extracurricular goals.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all sports and fitness exercises. Monitor student participation rates and adjust programs based on feedback and performance metrics. Act as a liaison between students, parents, and school staff to address concerns related to physical activities.
Lead team-building events and inter-house competitions to foster camaraderie and school spirit. Document progress, track attendance, and submit regular reports to the school management. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000 per month for a qualified professional with relevant experience.
