Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced PRT Art And Craft Teacher to join our team at Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Art and Craft to our students, from nursery to class 5. The role requires a dynamic and creative individual who can engage our students and inspire them to explore their artistic talents.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver Art and Craft lessons to students, using a variety of materials and techniques.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages students to take risks and explore their creativity.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our students, taking into account their diverse backgrounds and abilities.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and deliver integrated lessons that meet the needs of our students.
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy art room, ensuring that all materials and equipment are safely stored and easily accessible.
- Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and involvement in the Art and Craft program.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of our school's Art and Craft program.
- Attend training and workshops to update skills and knowledge in Art and Craft education.

Who Can Apply

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree and a strong background in Art and Craft education. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience teaching Art and Craft to students in a school setting. You will also need to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is Rs.16,000 - Rs.28,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
