Job Description
PRT Science Teacher – Lumina World School, Jind
Lumina World School in Jind, Haryana is looking for a Primary Teacher (PRT) to teach Science to classes I‑V. The role involves delivering the Science curriculum in an engaging manner to young learners in a full‑time capacity.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily Science lessons for primary sections, using hands‑on activities and visual aids. Assess student progress through classwork, projects and periodic tests, and provide feedback to parents and senior staff. Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, stimulating learning environment.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Preference given to candidates who have cleared TET/CTET examinations. Minimum three years of teaching experience in primary Science is required.
Experience
At least three years of relevant teaching experience in a school setting, preferably handling primary Science classes. Ability to adapt lessons to varied learning levels and support inclusive education.
Salary
Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Employment Type
Full‑time position with regular working hours as per school policy.
