Role Summary

We are looking for a talented TGT Physics Teacher who will contribute to this vision by delivering exceptional physics education to our students.

Teaching Approach

Our teaching approach is centered around using technology to enhance student learning outcomes. We utilize smart boards to create interactive lessons, Google Classroom to share resources and assignments, and our LMS to track student progress. Our TGT Physics Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing physics lessons that incorporate these tools. By leveraging technology, we aim to make physics more accessible and enjoyable for our students.

Day-to-Day Duties

- Design and deliver physics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
- Utilize smart boards to create interactive and engaging lessons
- Create and share resources using Google Classroom
- Manage student progress through our LMS
- Conduct regular assessments to track student understanding
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and resources
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and developments in physics
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress
- Integrate technology to enhance student learning outcomes

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

- A post-graduate degree in Physics or related field
- A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
- Knowledge of TET or CTET is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment

- Digital literacy: proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
- Online teaching tools: experience with online platforms and tools for teaching and learning
- Curriculum development: ability to develop and implement curriculum
- Leadership skills: ability to lead and manage a class
