PGT Mathematics Teacher Job in Kaithal, Haryana
Silver Oak International School invites a dedicated Mathematics teacher to join its faculty. This role is for a senior-level educator who will shape students’ analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, international school environment.
Plan and deliver advanced-level mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum standards. Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs, ensuring high engagement and conceptual clarity. Use interactive teaching methods, including visual aids, real-world examples, and group activities, to make abstract concepts tangible.
Assess student performance through regular evaluations, quizzes, and project-based assessments. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and confidence in mathematics. Collaborate with the mathematics department to refine teaching strategies and share best practices.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and disciplinary matters. Represent the school at mathematics-related events, competitions, and parent-teacher meetings to foster a supportive learning community.
Hold a postgraduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. Four years of teaching experience at the senior secondary or equivalent level is essential. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory. Experience in a multicultural or international school setting is a plus.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month. The position is based in Kaithal, Haryana, with full-time employment.
