Responsibilities
Teach Hindi as a core subject to students from Class I to VIII in Mdn Public School | Kalayat. Ensure alignment with the curriculum guidelines while adapting teaching methods to engage diverse learning levels. Conduct daily classes, including grammar, vocabulary, literature, and language skills, following structured lesson plans.
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons using visual aids, audio-visual tools, and interactive activities to enhance comprehension and retention. Assess students’ progress through periodic tests, quizzes, and practical evaluations to track their understanding of Hindi grammar, poetry, and prose.
Maintain a positive classroom environment where students feel motivated to participate actively. Address common language challenges among students, such as pronunciation, sentence formation, and cultural context, to build confidence in speaking and writing Hindi.
Eligibility
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as mandatory qualifications. Possess a Graduate degree in any discipline with a focus on Hindi language proficiency. Experience in teaching Hindi to children aged 6-14 years is essential.
Experience and Salary
Minimum three years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Hindi or related subjects. Salary package ranges from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on performance and institutional guidelines. This is a full-time position at Mdn Public School | Kalayat.
