Dhruv Public School in Pundri, Kaithal, is seeking a dedicated TGT Science Teacher to inspire young minds with hands-on learning in physics, chemistry, and biology. Teachers in this role will primarily teach science subjects to Class 9 to 12 students, aligning with CBSE guidelines. Collaboration with the science lab team and department heads will ensure smooth execution of educational programs.
Core duties include:
Lesson planning and delivery – Developing syllabus-based lessons that blend theory with practical experiments, ensuring students grasp complex scientific concepts.
Lab supervision – Overseeing classroom experiments, maintaining lab equipment, and providing guidance to students during hands-on activities.
Student engagement – Encouraging critical thinking by encouraging discussions, quizzes, and group projects to deepen understanding of scientific principles.
Curriculum support – Assisting in adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs, especially for students in rural areas like Kaithal.
Assessment and feedback – Evaluating student performance through continuous evaluation, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress.
A postgraduate degree in Science with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this position. At least two years of teaching experience in a school setting is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. Experience in teaching science to students in the 9th to 12th grade is highly desirable.
