About This Role
The NTT English Teacher position at Max International School is a full-time role for graduates with three years of teaching experience. Focused on foundational English skills, the role involves planning daily lessons, conducting interactive sessions, and tracking student progress. Familiarity with early childhood learning techniques is essential.
What You Will Do
Create engaging English lesson plans for young learners in the NTT section.
Use storytelling, phonics, and picture-based activities to build vocabulary.
Assess students through informal quizzes and oral feedback rather than formal exams.
Collaborate with co-teachers to align English lessons with school themes.
Maintain clean, organized classroom displays that reinforce learning.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress in English.
Participate in morning assemblies and cultural events where English is practiced.
Attend staff meetings to discuss student needs and teaching strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university is mandatory.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is required for this role.
Prior experience teaching English to children aged 3 to 6 years is necessary.
TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
