About This Role
Max International School, a leading educational institution in Assandh, Karnal, Haryana, invites applications for the position of PGT Business Studies Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Business Studies to students at the +2 level.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Teach Business Studies to students at the +2 level.
2. Prepare and deliver lesson plans.
3. Assess student progress and provide feedback.
4. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations.
5. Maintain student records and attendance.
6. Participate in school events and functions.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching materials.
8. Attend staff meetings and training programs.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Postgraduate degree in Business Studies or a related field.
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree.
- Experience in teaching Business Studies at the +2 level.
- Valid TET/CTET certificate (not required but preferred).
Good to Have:
- M.Phil./Ph.D. degree in Business Studies.
- Experience in teaching at a school or college.
- Knowledge of educational technology and digital resources.
Preferred Skills
• Strong teaching and communication skills.
• Ability to work with students of varying learning styles and abilities.
• Knowledge of curriculum design and development.
• Familiarity with educational software and technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school administration.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
