Plan and execute lesson plans that meet state and national curriculum guidelines for political science. Incorporate contemporary political events and case studies to make learning relevant and engaging.
Assessment and student development
Design formative and summative assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress. Identify learning gaps and implement targeted interventions.
Classroom management and environment
Create a respectful, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages debate and inquiry. Maintain discipline and uphold school policies.
Co‑curriculum participation
Lead or assist in extracurricular activities such as Model United Nations, debate clubs, and civic projects. Foster student participation in inter‑school competitions.
Professional growth and collaboration
Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on pedagogical best practices. Share resources and strategies with peers to enhance overall teaching quality.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Political Science or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Proven ability to deliver engaging political science instruction and manage diverse classroom dynamics.
Compensation and location
