Tagore Public School invites experienced Biology educators to join its faculty in Pehowa, Kurukshetra. Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Biology to students in grades 11 and 12, aligning lessons with the latest CBSE syllabus and examination patterns.
2. Design and implement innovative teaching methods, including hands-on experiments and field studies to enhance learning outcomes.
3. Prepare and maintain detailed lesson plans, assessments, and student progress records to ensure academic excellence.
4. Collaborate with the school’s academic team to review and improve teaching strategies, particularly in biology-related subjects.
5. Supervise laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed and equipment is used effectively for practical learning.
6. Act as a mentor to students, providing guidance on scientific research, career options, and academic performance.
7. Participate in school events, including science fairs, workshops, and inter-house competitions to promote engagement in biology.
8. Keep up-to-date with scientific advancements and educational reforms to incorporate new methodologies into teaching.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level is essential, with a strong passion for biology education. Experience in shaping student understanding through practical and theoretical approaches is highly valued.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 60,000 per month in Pehowa, Kurukshetra.
