Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging physics lessons for classes 9 to 12, following the state curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids and assessment materials that align with learning objectives.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, projects and practical work, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and report student progress to senior staff.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum reviews and professional development sessions.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Physics or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Experience with practical laboratory instruction and student assessment preferred.
Salary
- Competitive remuneration ranging from Rs.35,000 to Rs.60,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
